What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you contact us via e-mail, phone or
Facebook. When you play our games, we collect information about your
Game Center or Google Play account such as Player name, IP address,
hardware and operating system type and version of your phone, tablet or
computer, date and time of access. There is an option to create an account with your e-mail address. If you are child, you will need your parents consent for that.
Any content you create and publish or
send to other players in our games, including chat messages and
pictures, is collected on our servers in USA for a reasonable period of
time.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
To improve your and other players experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
To improve customer service (your information helps us to more
effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
To send periodic emails, push notifications and chat messages.
The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
To identify and block players who cheat or do not show respect to other players.
To monitor the usage of the Service.
To improve our games and services and notify the players who gave ideas or reported bugs.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of
your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your
personal information. All information is transferred via SSL connection.
The hosting provider for our game services is reputable and secure.
We do not sell or share any part of your personal information to third parties. We do not show any ads in the games.
How you can protect your information?
Your player name and avatar is visible to other players. It is up to you to decide what personal information will be disclosed to other players in chats and public discussions. You are not required to respond to messages from other players or answer their questions. You do not have to trust anyone for anything. If you do not feel ok with any player, do not respond, block him/her immediately. This is a game. Do not take anyone too serious.
The parents can analyze a child’s personal information by viewing account name and picture, reading chat messages and content created by the child such as customized horses, course designs, competitions and horse shows. Parents can contact us by e-mail and instruct us to delete already gathered information, and they can halt any future information collection activity that involves the child.
The only information required to play online and shown to the other players is player name. Avatar is optional. If you have Game Center or Google Play account, you do not need to enter e-mail address. If you create account with your e-mail address, it will not be visible to other players or shared with third parties. Chat can be disabled. If you do not want to create an account at all, you can still play the offline parts of the game.
Child privacy and gaming requirements compliance
We have included parental gates before child can purchase items or chat with other players. Parental consent is granted by answering mathematical questions that only the parent could reasonably be expected to know. There is no forbidden for kids content generated or included by us in the games. Any inappropriate content generated by players can be reported and will be removed.
Do we use cookies?
We use cookies for analytics.
An HTTP cookie (also called web cookie,
Internet cookie, browser cookie, or simply cookie) is a small piece of
data sent from a website and stored on the user's computer by the user's
web browser while the user is browsing. Cookies were designed to be a
reliable mechanism for websites to remember stateful information (such
as items added in the shopping cart in an online store) or to record the
user's browsing activity (including clicking particular buttons,
logging in, or recording which pages were visited in the past). They can
also be used to remember arbitrary pieces of information that the user
previously entered into form fields such as names, addresses, passwords,
and credit card numbers.
Other kinds of cookies perform essential functions in the modern web. Perhaps most importantly, authentication cookies are the most common method used by web servers to know whether the user is logged in or not, and which account they are logged in with. Without such a mechanism, the site would not know whether to send a page containing sensitive information, or require the user to authenticate themselves by logging in. The security of an authentication cookie generally depends on the security of the issuing website and the user's web browser, and on whether the cookie data is encrypted. Security vulnerabilities may allow a cookie's data to be read by a hacker, used to gain access to user data, or used to gain access (with the user's credentials) to the website to which the cookie belongs (see cross-site scripting and cross-site request forgery for examples).[1]
The tracking cookies, and especially
third-party tracking cookies, are commonly used as ways to compile
long-term records of individuals' browsing histories – a potential
privacy concern that prompted European[2] and U.S. lawmakers to take
action in 2011.[3][4] European law requires that all websites targeting
European Union member states gain "informed consent" from users before
storing non-essential cookies on their device.
